1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "lb44" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at lb44.io, including all associated services, games, payment features, and customer support functions.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses an lb44 account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with lb44.

• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held in a Player's lb44 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the lb44 registration process, by logging into an existing lb44 account, or by placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on lb44, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and game-specific rules, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless a game-specific rule explicitly states otherwise.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an lb44 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are not a resident of, and are not accessing lb44 from, a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from lb44 or had an account closed for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of lb44 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

lb44 reserves the right to conduct identity and eligibility verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, during play, and prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to satisfactorily complete a verification request within the timeframe specified by lb44 may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of the account.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one active lb44 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through shared devices — is strictly prohibited. lb44 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment-method matching to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and any funds held across those accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

At registration, Players must provide their legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number, all of which must be accurate and current. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

4.3 Account Credentials

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their lb44 username and password. lb44 will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify lb44 support immediately at [email protected] if you have reason to believe your account credentials have been compromised. lb44 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

lb44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address; and a photograph of the payment method used (where required for mobile wallet verification). Accounts that do not complete KYC verification when requested will have withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

lb44 accepts BDT deposits and processes BDT withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), and direct bank transfer to accounts held at BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. lb44 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time and will communicate such changes via the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit on lb44 is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may trigger additional identity or source-of-funds verification requirements. Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions are applied immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5.4 Anti-Money-Laundering Requirements

lb44 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to make a successful deposit into the same account. lb44 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request that triggers anti-money-laundering alerts or that cannot be satisfactorily explained by the Player. In such cases, lb44 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by lb44 are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. Those specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods — are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and shall be read together with this section.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated on each individual promotion page. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from bonus play do not contribute to the Wagering Requirement. lb44 maintains a list of excluded games within each promotion's detailed terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using automated betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance; placing offsetting bets across accounts to circumvent risk; and any other activity that lb44 determines to be inconsistent with legitimate promotional participation. lb44 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and free bets expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. It is the Player's responsibility to track the expiry dates of any bonuses credited to their account.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on lb44 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type. Players are advised to read the rules applicable to each game or betting market before participating. The following general rules apply across all lb44 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. lb44 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• lb44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect as a result of a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the decision of lb44's compliance team shall be final, subject only to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 16.
• Game outcomes for RNG (random number generator) titles are determined by certified third-party software and cannot be influenced by lb44 or by the Player.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the relevant game studio (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or other certified providers). In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, lb44 will apply the game provider's standard disconnection policy, which typically resolves the round based on the game state at the time of disconnection.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lb44 and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with lb44 games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or other multi-player game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that abuse promotional offers or bonus terms.
• Attempting to launder money or use lb44 as a conduit for illegal financial activity of any kind.
• Providing access to your lb44 account to any third party, or playing on behalf of another person.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to disguise your geographic location or to circumvent access restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour directed at lb44 staff or other players.
• Registering or using lb44 while self-excluded, or assisting a self-excluded individual in accessing the Platform.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

lb44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the Player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same Player.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Determination that the Player is a minor or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.

Players may also voluntarily close their lb44 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their last-used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lb44 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any lb44 content without express written authorisation.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Decisions made by Players based on information published on lb44 that is subsequently found to contain errors.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Force Majeure events as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.

lb44's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their lb44 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section shall limit lb44's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

lb44 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using lb44, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lb44 uses your personal data for the following purposes: account registration and management; identity verification and fraud prevention; payment processing; compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations; customer support; and, where you have opted in, marketing communications regarding lb44 promotions and offers.

lb44 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as KYC verification partners and payment processors) strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to data processing agreements that require those parties to protect your information.

14 Amendments to These Terms

lb44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, your sole remedy is to close your lb44 account in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which lb44 operates. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through lb44's internal complaints procedure.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are required to first raise the matter with lb44's support team and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for lb44 to investigate and respond. lb44 is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and in a timely manner.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
